We are a certified security guard trainer and train our hires free of charge to help you obtain your license.Job Skills / RequirementsFLEX OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:Must have a valid / active Level II or III Security LicenseMust be flexible with an open availability (Any day/shift)At least 25 years oldValid TX DL of 3+ yearsNo "At Fault" accidents or tickets in the past 3 yearsMust have reliable transportation.Meet and maintain all requirements of LEVEL II licensing for Non-Commissioned Security Officers including passing a background check as required by the Texas PSBCommunicate effectively in English, orally and in writingVisual acuity and hearing ability to observe and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sourcesAbility to perform general physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and/or moving the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, sitting, standing for long periods of time, and handling of materialsThis is a part time position with part time hours that could lead to a full time position. Hours will be determined at interview.As a Private Security FLEX (or Flex Officer) you need to be a versatile security professional who provides security services across multiple client sites, often on an as-needed basis, and can be on-call with short notice. You will not have a set schedule typically.
