The Advocates is a legal search firm with a 24-year history of building lasting relationships and delivering outstanding results for both candidates and clients. As we continue to grow our Denver office, we are seeking a Search Consultant/Recruiter to join our team.

What You’ll Do as a Recruiter:

• Proactively engage attorney candidates through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to introduce opportunities and generate interest.
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their experience, interests, and career goals.
\n
• Coordinate and manage candidates through the interview process, serving as a point of contact and providing ongoing communication and follow-up.
\n
• Partner with the sales team to identify qualified candidates and support successful placements.
\n

Qualifications and Strengths We’re Looking For:

• At least three years of recruiting experience.
\n
• A strategic thinker who approaches candidate outreach and interactions thoughtfully.
\n
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who takes ownership of their work and maintains high professional standards.
\n
• Strong active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
\n
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn about the legal industry and attorney career opportunities.
