Job Title: Plant Mechanic Company: Asgard ResourcesLocation: Bainville, MTPay: $30-$40/hr. DOESchedule: Full-Time | Steady Overtime Available (typically 5-6 days/week | 12-hour shifts)About the RoleAsgard Resources is hiring a Plant Mechanic to help maintain and repair equipment at our frac sand processing facility in Bainville, MT.We're looking for someone mechanically inclined who can troubleshoot equipment issues, handle repairs, and help keep plant operations running safely and efficiently.This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position working around conveyors, pumps, motors, hydraulics, screens, and other frac sand processing equipment.ResponsibilitiesInspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, and related systemsRespond to breakdowns and help minimize downtimeReplace worn or damaged parts and make equipment adjustmentsAssist with equipment installation and setupPerform light welding and fabrication as neededConduct routine inspections and maintenance checksWork safely around industrial equipment and follow MSHA safety proceduresWork with operations and management teams to support productionPreferred QualificationsPrevious mechanic or maintenance experience preferredIndustrial, mining, oilfield, ag, heavy equipment, or construction experience is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityWelding and fabrication experience preferredAbility to work independently and safelyComfortable working outdoors and around industrial equipmentAbility to lift 50+ lbs. and work overtime as neededAdditional InformationMSHA experience preferred but not requiredIndividuals with their own tools and/or work truck may be compensated accordinglyTraining provided for the right candidateBenefitsBCBS health insurance (70% employer paid for employees and dependents)Company-paid life insurance & AD&D ($100k)Optional Benefits: Dental, Vision, STD, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Voluntary LifeCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceLong-term opportunity with a growing companyApply TodayLocal candidates within commuting distance of Bainville / Williston are strongly encouraged to apply.Apply online or send your resume to:Jobs@asgardsand.comSubject Line: Plant Mechanic ApplicationJoin a growing team that values safety, reliability, and hard work.
